While most of the conference keynotes and sessions are geared toward people diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer, there will also be specific sessions for caregivers. Health care providers and other people who are interested in metastatic breast cancer are also welcome to join us.
Fill out this REGISTRATION FORM and you will receive an email with login credentials for the days of the conference. If you need assistance, please call (855) 807-6386.
The conference is free to attend, so invite your friends and family to join too!
On the day of the conference you can log in with the credentials from your registration email. Just like an in-person conference, you will be able to explore the exhibit hall, attend sessions, and hear keynote speakers. You will need to follow the schedule to attend sessions and keynotes at the correct times. You can interact with other attendees in the Meet-up Lounge, which will feature multiple chat rooms.
1. Go to metsconf.lbbc.org 2. Click log in 3. Enter your name and email address (must be the same email address you used when registering for the conference) 4. You are now in the conference platform! If you are having issues accessing the conference platform, email ben@grythealth.com for technical support.
During the conference you can connect with other attendees in the Meet-Up Lounge where you can join different chats based on topic or group. You will also be able to connect with attendees during sessions, where there will be a chat feature.
1. Find a comfortable and quiet space to focus. 2. Plan to enter the conference at least 15 minutes before the first event to watch the welcome video and get used to navigating the virtual platform. 3. Plan ahead and choose the sessions you want to join in advance. 4. Make time to visit the exhibit hall. At the allotted times, representatives will be live at each booth to chat with and ask questions. 5. Connect with other attendees in the lounge between sessions and keynotes.
Recordings of select conference sessions will be available a few days after the event on the virtual conference platform. Use your login information to access the recordings.
